Shanghai Fuye International Trading Co., Ltd & Shanghai Fuye Copper Co., Ltd are the wholly owned subsidiaries of Zhejiang Fuye Group Co., Ltd. Incorporated in December of 2014, the office is located in Shanghai Pudong Lujiazui Financial Trade Area. The registered capital is 100 million Yuan.
Based on the platform of Shanghai Financial Center and Trade Center, Fuye Group takes strict risk control, integrity management and serving customers as the criteria to actively expand its business scope. The company has developed domestic and international spot trade business, hedging business and supply chain financial business of commodity. Meanwhile, it established various management and control systems and formed a professional trade team with strong cohesion. Until 2017, the company has reached the annual operation of more than 150,000 tons copper cathodes and more than 460 tons silver. The annual revenue was more than 10 billion Yuan.
In the future, based on the Group's advantages in product resources, product status, financing capability and market resources, the company will become a commodity service platform and a world-renowned commodity service provider.
