Zhejiang Jiangtong Fuye Heding Copper Co., Ltd. located in Xindeng Industry Zone is a company joint-ventured by Zhejiang Fuye Group Co., Ltd and Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. The company has 1.28 billion Yuan registered capital and more than 1000 mu land.
Heding Copper Industry Co., Ltd. is a project invested by Fuye Group to implement the overall relocation and upgrading project of the production system, with an investment of 3.58 billion yuan. Heding started the construction of first stage in Dec 2010 for the 100,000 tones blister and 135,000 tons copper cathodes. The first stage of production was completed on June 30th 2013. In February 2015, it passed the examination of environmental protection acceptance. It is confirmed by National Development and Reform Committee as “National Low-carbon Technology Innovation and Industrialization Demo Project.” Besides, it is listed into “Double Thousand Project” of provincial key technology reformation and the key project of “991 Action Plan” of provincial circular economy by Zhejiang provincial government. The second phase project of Heding Copper put into full capacity production in August 2017. From then on, the annually production capacity of copper cathodes have reached to 350,000 tons.
The company introduced international production process and domestic advanced technology with high level automation, energy conservation and environment protection. Oxy-fuel double side-blowing furnace with high-level automation, out-standing technical facilities, low energy consumption and environmental protection was used in the smelting systems. The electrolysis system is using PC technology, the main equipment in the workshop are introduced from overseas including Multifunctional Anode Plate Provider, Anode Plate Reshaping Facility and Cathode Stripping Facility. All the automatic equipment and robots take international advanced Ethernet ring net to make sure the electrolysis process automatic and intelligentized.
